Patrick joins the lab
We are happy to announce that Patricio López Sánchez has joined the group as PhD student. Patrick performed research for his Master's thesis in the group of Jesús Espinal-Enríquez at the National Institute of Genomic Medicine (INMEGEN) in Mexico. As part of his thesis internship, he joined the group as exchange student on a scholarship from Mexico in the fall of 2023. He started his PhD in September 2024, focusing on developing approaches for predicting drug response and outcome for newly incoming cancer patients based on gene regulatory networks.
