In December, group members participated in organizing and giving workshops at the first ever Oslo Bioinformatics Workshop Week. It was a very successful initiative that brought together students and researchers from different fields, working in and/or interested in bioinformatics. Multi-omics course
In December, the group co-organized an international PhD course on multi-omics data analysis and integration for precision medicine (click here for more information about the course). The course included lectures by NCMM group leaders, hands-on workshops, lectures by national and international external speakers who work in multi-omics analysis and data integration, and presentations of recent literature by the students. Seminar at UNAM

Giulia obtained her Master's degree
We are delighted to announce that Giulia successfully passed her Master's thesis exam at the University of Milan, Italy. Giulia will be continuing as a PhD student in the group. Congratulations Giulia!

Marie Curie Scientia Fellowship to Ladislav
We are delighted to announce that Ladislav has received a Marie Curie Scientia Fellowship for his postdoctoral project. His fellowship started on Dec 1 and focuses on modeling spatially resolved gene regulation. Congratulations Ladislav!
