  Familien Blix Award

  New publication

  We are happy to announce that we have a new publication as part of a collaboration with Fahri Saatcioglu's group at IBV, to which Daniel contributed with single-cell analyses. The work discusses how inhibition of the unfolded protein response, in specific IRE1α signaling, activates the immune response and reprograms the tumor microenvironment in prostate cancer.   Celebrating Ping-Han's successful PhD defense

  On Wednesday October 9 2024, Ping-Han successfully defended his PhD thesis "Developing computational methods to improve gene regulatory network inference" at the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the University of Oslo.

  New group member

  We are very excited to announce that Mario Hervás has joined Kuijjer group for a 10-month Erasmus internship. Mario is a recent BSc graduate from the University of Salamanca, Spain. During his stay at NCMM, he will work on modeling networks for deconvoluted bulk data, under the supervision of Ine and Ladislav and in collaboration with Tatiana and Daniel.
