New publication
We're happy to have contributed to a new publication in Frontiers in Genetics, which was done in collaboration with researchers from the University of Paris-Saclay, INRAE, CNRS. Maud Fagny modeled enhancer-driven regulatory networks for different maize tissues. This led to the discovery of tissue-specific regulatory modules involved in distinct functions related to the biology of each tissue, as well as the identification of transposable elements that have shaped the regulatory network in each tissue.
