New publication
In collaboration with Judith Bovée from Leiden University Medical Center, we used a machine learning approach to classify soft tissue sarcomas. We identified new diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets, including HDAC inhibition for leiomyosarcoma and synovial sarcoma.
