New BioRχiv pre-print

We submitted a new BioRχiv pre-print describing an R package of our LIONESS approach to model single-sample networks, with an application in osteosarcoma co-expression network analysis. Check it out in pre-prints.

We modeled single-sample networks based on co-expression data in osteosarcoma and associated network edges with survival. The top significant edges (red: short-term, blue: long-term) are shown in this figure and highlight potential targets for treatment of patient subgroups.
