  New publication

  We collaborated with Maud Fagny from the INRA, France and the Quackenbush lab to investigate the regulatory role of cancer-risk SNPs in eQTL networks. This work was published in the British Journal of Cancer, who also issued a press release. Please check our publications page for more information.

  New publication

  lionessR, an R package to model single-sample networks in R, is published in BMC Cancer. We included a vignette describing how to use the method to analyze network differences in cancer. Check it out on our publications and tools page.
