New BioRxiv pre-print
We've contributed to a new BioRχiv pre-print by Marouen Ben Guebila from the Quackenbush group. Marouen developed the Gene RegulAtory Network Database (GRAND), a large resource of genome-wide networks across multiple human tissues, disease states, and cell lines. The database also includes tools to query, analyze, and visualize the networks. More information on the pre-print can be found here.
